Craig serves as President and founder of Centerline Capital Advisors.  His past experiences and ventures have provided him with the knowledge and expertise to invest, build, mentor, create and design.  He currently oversees 25 entities which focuses on land development including vertical construction, apartments, commerce centers, homes and parcels for future development.  For most of his professional career, he was the President and founder of Centerline Homes, a prominent home builder in Florida before it’s sale in 2013.  Before Centerline Homes, Craig created Carifone Cellular, a cellular phone rental company.  This company was sold to a public telecommunications company.  His passion for real estate began when he was a controller for GL Homes and his accounting expertise was used when he worked for Peat Marwick Main & Company upon completing his degree at Florida State University.
