Centerline Capital Advisors was formed in 2013 with a mission of bringing together an experienced and diverse team of real estate professionals to continue the Centerline Homes legacy further into the real estate industry.

The primary focus of Centerline Capital Advisors is on:

  • Land acquisition, selling entitled or developed home sites.

Our reputation began as Centerline Homes, established in 1994, becoming one of the top 100 homebuilders in the country. Based on a solid foundation of experience, customer focus and innovation with a great reputation and compounding growth in 2013 Centerline Homes was acquired by Standard Pacific a public homebuilding company.

Tom is a Senior Project Manager who oversees multiple projects. His responsibilities include cost budgeting, project buyouts, managing land development and forging relationships with building officials and city commissioners. He has over forty years of construction experience, with thirty years in executive and management roles.

Stephen Conte

Project Manager

Steve is a Project Manager who oversees all aspects of new construction, from permitting to negotiating and executing subcontractor agreements, organizing inspections and obtaining certificates of occupancy.  Steve also works with our architects on design and execution of plans, as well as managing income producing property.

Jose is Project Manager at The Falls and Cottage Grove. His responsibilities include quality control, job site safety, scheduling, coordinating inspections, and permitting. Before joining CCA he was Construction Manager for National Construction company. Jose has accumulated over 25 years of experience in construction management, working 11 years as construction manager at Centerline Homes.

Joey Milan is our Land Manager specializing in entitlements, permitting, utilities coordination, and due diligence research. He has over 30 years of broad-based expertise in site acquisitions, land planning, land development, civil engineering, construction and community management. In his previous roles, he worked as a senior development consultant with an engineering firm on behalf of home builders.

Bonnie is a Florida native with 27 years of experience in the Procurement/Supply Chain segment of residential & commercial construction. Bonnie is well versed in developing specs, value engineering, budgeting/estimating, negotiations & contract development. Bonnie’s knowledge of Purchasing Management is through studies of site & commercial construction with FIU & knowledgeable in Green Building.

Dean Perry

Acquisitions Manager

Dean serves multiple functions at CCA. He recently joined the acquisitions team as the acquisition manager, and he heads the marketing efforts for new and existing Centerline developments. Dean graduated from Colorado University at Boulder in 2020 with an accounting degree and is currently pursuing his master’s in real estate development from Nova Southeastern University.

As Controller, Ernesto manages the Accounting Department overseeing project accounting, financial reporting & cash flow forecasting. Prior roles include Controller & CFO in construction organizations. Ernesto has MBA from Vanderbilt University & BS Electrical Engineering from Pontificia Peru. Born in Lima, Peru, he has settled in SF.

Brian serves multiple functions in CCA. He heads the marketing efforts for new and existing developments, develops financial models, IT, and manages Parkland Falls Nursery. He graduated from Florida State University in 2016 with a finance degree, then moved on to attain his Master of Science in Finance with a focus on Real Estate from the Ohio State University in 2017.

Katherine graduated from Universidad de Holguín in 2010 with a Bachelor in Accounting. Born and raised in Cuba, Katherine worked as Accountant at Paragon Homes of South Florida prior to joining CCA. Her current responsibilities include overseeing accounting functions for different projects. Outside of the office she enjoys spending quality time with her family & outdoor activities

Brandy is Project Accountant for several projects at CCA, overseeing accounts payable and financial reporting. She was born and raised just outside of Kansas City, Missouri. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri and her master’s degree from the University of Florida. Prior to joining CCA’s Accounting Department, she worked in education for fifteen years and owned her own business.

Debbie wears many hats at CCA. Debbie's responsibilities include accounting month end reporting, draw requests, office management functions, HR, and onsite leasing. Born and raised in South Florida, Debbie earned her BA in Business from UF and is a State Licensed Real Estate Agent. She volunteers as a National Chapter Coordinator for Becca’s Closet and Guardian Ad Litum for the 17th Judicial District.

With 25+ years of experience in IT Leadership Linda serves in IT role at CCA bringing current technologies to processes & assisting in automating workflows.
