Avalon of Naples was a land acquisition and entitlement deal done by Centerline Capital Advisors in conjunction with homebuilder Neal Communities. Centerline sold the newly entitled land to Neal to build Avalon, an impressive community with luxurious amenities on par with the product Centerline is associated with. Demand is strong as homes at Avalon are currently sold out.
