To best support this growth and Centerline Capital Advisors strategic vision, the company is pleased to announce a new leadership structure, including the appointment of a new position, Chief Operating Officer to the executive team.
Alex Little, a dedicated professional with a proven track record of over 17 years in the construction industry has been promoted from Director of Construction to the position of Chief Operating Officer.
As Director of Construction, Alex was responsible for the planning and coordinating of land development, architectural design, scheduling, budgeting, and other phases of construction projects. As Chief Operating Officer he will work collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions through all stages of construction and business operation. Prior to joining Centerline Capital Advisors in 2018, Alex accumulated over 17 years of experience in construction management, working for two well-known, high-volume South Florida home builders. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Florida International University. Alex is a native of Florida, born and raised in Miami. He currently resides in Broward County with his wife and their two children. When not at work, Alex enjoys fishing, fitness, and spending time with his family.
